কোয়ালিটি কি? কোয়ালিটির লক্ষ্য বা Goals কি?

 According to International Standard Organization (ISO), "Quality is the fulfillment of the specified requirements for a product or service"

Quality means customer needs is to be satisfied. Quality may be defined as the acceptance label of Goods.

ইন্টারন্যাশনাল স্ট্যান্ডার্ড অর্গানাইজেশন (ISO) অনুসারে, "গুণমান হল একটি পণ্য বা পরিষেবার জন্য নির্দিষ্ট প্রয়োজনীয়তা পূরণ করা"

গুণমান মানে গ্রাহকের চাহিদা সন্তুষ্ট করা। গুণমানকে পণ্যের গ্রহণযোগ্যতা লেবেল হিসাবে সংজ্ঞায়িত করা যেতে পারে।

Quality Goals are:

1. Zero Inspection Failures

2. Zero Claim

3. On time delivery Shipment

4. Full Order Qty Shipment

5. Customer Satisfaction

গুণমানের লক্ষ্যগুলি হল:

 ১/ শূন্য পরিদর্শন

২/ ব্যর্থতা শূন্য

৩ /সঠিক সময় ডেলিভারি চালান

৪/ সম্পূর্ণ অর্ডার পরিমাণ চালান

৫ /গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি
