একজন জিপিকিউ এর ভূমিকা অনেক তার মধ্যে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কিছু কাজ তুলে ধরার চেষ্টা করলাম। ।

What is GPQ ? 

Guideline for production & Quality. ( উৎপাদন  ও মানের জন্য গাইডলাইন ) 

Role of a GPQ.একটি জিপিকিউ এর ভূমিকা ঃ

> Arrange PP meeting with buyer QC and do the necessary task of PP meeting. 

>Follow up buyer quality requirement in cutting, Sewing, and finishing of garments. 

> Follow up buyer sample requirement, ensure sample quality, and delivery at the right time to the buyer.

> Especially check all quality points in sewing and finishing of garments. 

> Doing section wise quality inspection to keep garments defects in the control. 

> Delivery any quality controlling message of the buyer end to the related section.

> Ensure and product quality before the buyer final quality inspection.

> Arrange final inspection with all requirements of the buyer.

> Ensure everything of the QC file and sample in bulk garments. 

> Taking sample  approval from buying house. 

> Work with the buyer in QC at the time of the final inspection. 

> Contact with buyer QC about any quality issue. 

> GPQ implement of his buyer quality manual in the factory management system. 

> Work as a buyer QC representative in the garments factory.

> ক্রেতা QC এর সাথে পিপি মিটিং এর ব্যবস্থা করুন এবং পিপি মিটিং এর প্রয়োজনীয় কাজ করুন।

>গার্মেন্টস কাটিং, সেলাই এবং ফিনিশিং এ ক্রেতার মানের প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনুসরণ করুন।

> ক্রেতার নমুনার প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনুসরণ করুন, নমুনার গুণমান নিশ্চিত করুন এবং ক্রেতার কাছে সঠিক সময়ে বিতরণ করুন।

> বিশেষ করে পোশাকের সেলাই এবং ফিনিশিংয়ের সমস্ত গুণমান পরীক্ষা করুন।

> পোশাকের ত্রুটি নিয়ন্ত্রণে রাখতে বিভাগ অনুযায়ী গুণমান পরিদর্শন করা।

> ক্রেতার যেকোনো মান নিয়ন্ত্রণকারী বার্তা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগে পৌঁছে দিন।

> ক্রেতা চূড়ান্ত গুণমান পরিদর্শনের আগে পণ্যের গুণমান নিশ্চিত করুন।

> ক্রেতার সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয়তা সহ চূড়ান্ত পরিদর্শনের ব্যবস্থা করুন।

> বাল্ক গার্মেন্টসে QC ফাইল এবং নমুনা সবকিছু নিশ্চিত করুন।

> বায়িং হাউস থেকে নমুনা অনুমোদন নেওয়া।

> চূড়ান্ত পরিদর্শনের সময় QC-তে ক্রেতার সাথে কাজ করুন।

> যেকোনো মানের সমস্যা সম্পর্কে ক্রেতা QC এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

> ফ্যাক্টরি ম্যানেজমেন্ট সিস্টেমে তার ক্রেতার মানের ম্যানুয়াল জিপিকিউ বাস্তবায়ন।

> গার্মেন্টস ফ্যাক্টরিতে ক্রেতা QC প্রতিনিধি হিসাবে কাজ কর

STEP 1

Arrange & approved the file before the inspection.

Ensure everything is in the QC/QA file.

Ensure Sample Approval from Buying House.

Communicate Buyer QC with quality issues.

Implement to buyer quality control manual in the garment factory (all Sections).

Work as a representative of Buyer QC in a Garment Factory.

Conduct in-line inspection and assist the buyer representative in the Final inspection in

the Factory.

Handle and execute all PP Meeting and Pilot Run meeting.

পরিদর্শনের আগে ফাইলটি সাজান এবং অনুমোদন করে।

সবকিছু QC/QA ফাইলে আছে তা নিশ্চিত করে।

বায়িং হাউস থেকে নমুনা অনুমোদন নিশ্চিত করে।

মানের সমস্যা সহ ক্রেতা QC এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করে। গার্মেন্টস ফ্যাক্টরিতে ক্রেতার মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ

ম্যানুয়াল প্রয়োগ করে (সকল বিভাগ)। একটি গার্মেন্ট ফ্যাক্টরিতে ক্রেতা QC এর প্রতিনিধি হিসাবে

কাজ করে।

ইন-লাইন পরিদর্শন পরিচালনা করে এবং কারখানার চূড়ান্ত পরিদর্শনে ক্রেতা প্রতিনিধিকে সহায়তা

করে।

সমস্ত পিপি মিটিং এবং পাইলট রান মিটিং পরিচালনা ও সম্পাদন করে।

STEP 2

Will be collect order summary from merchant/ planning.

Collect necessary documents for study from merchant/Buyer.

Study PPS, PPC, Tech pack, Buyers SOP, BOM, PO Sheet, Measurement by cross check to analyze risk & important point.

Collect necessary test & inspection report of materials. Then make CAP against of result.

Pattern check with above buyer Muck-up spec & test/inspection report.

Marker check with ok pattern based of fabric inspection report.

Review cut panels measurement report.

Size set review with technician, QC & QA with b/4 & after iron measurement report to make CAP for bulk.

বণিক/পরিকল্পনা থেকে অর্ডার সারাংশ সংগ্রহ করা হবে।

বণিক/ক্রেতার কাছ থেকে অধ্যয়নের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় নথি সংগ্রহ করে ।

ঝুঁকি এবং গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পয়েন্ট বিশ্লেষণ করতে পিপিএস, পিপিসি, টেক প্যাক, ক্রেতাদের এসওপি, বিওএম, পিও শিট, ক্রস চেক দ্বারা পরিমাপ অধ্যয়ন করে ।

উপকরণের প্রয়োজনীয় পরীক্ষা ও পরিদর্শন প্রতিবেদন সংগ্রহ করে।

তারপর ফলাফলের বিপরীতে CAP করে।

উপরের ক্রেতার সাথে প্যাটার্ন চেক মোক আপ আছে স্পেক এবং পরীক্ষা/পরিদর্শন রিপোর্ট।

ফ্যাব্রিক পরিদর্শন রিপোর্টের ভিত্তিতে ঠিক প্যাটার্ন দিয়ে মার্কার চেক করে। কাটা প্যানেল পরিমাপ রিপোর্ট পর্যালোচনা.

টেকনিশিয়ানের সাথে সাইজ সেট পর্যালোচনা, b/4 সহ QC এবং QA এবং বাল্কের জন্য CAP তৈরির জন্য IRON পরিমাপের প্রতিবেদনের পরে।

STEP 3

Call out PPM to conduct with related department to point to point discussion.

Follow up fabric in-house to shipment.

Follow up quality requirements in Cutting, Sewing, and finishing in the factory.

To follow up as per buyer's quality sample. To ensure sample quality and timely delivery to the

buyer.

Check all the quality points especially in Garments Sewing to Finish.

To ensure Section Wise Quality Inspection.

The last message of the buyer regarding quality control is reported in the related section.

To ensure product quality before final inspection.

পয়েন্ট টু পয়েন্ট আলোচনার জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগের সাথে পরিচালনা করার জন্য PPM-কে ডাকুন।

চালান করার জন্য ঘরে ফ্যাব্রিক অনুসরণ করে।

ফ্যাক্টরিতে কাটিং, সেলাই এবং ফিনিশিং এর মানের প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনুসরণ করে।

ক্রেতার মানের নমুনা অনুযায়ী অনুসরণ করতে।

ক্রেতার কাছে নমুনার গুণমান এবং সময়মত ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করতে।

বিশেষ করে গার্মেন্টস সেলাই টু ফিনিশের সমস্ত মানের পয়েন্ট পরীক্ষা করে ।

বিভাগ অনুযায়ী গুণমান পরিদর্শন নিশ্চিত করতে।

মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ সংক্রান্ত ক্রেতার শেষ বার্তাটি সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগে জানানো হয়েছে।

চূড়ান্ত পরিদর্শনের আগে পণ্যের গুণমান নিশ্চিত করতে।

STEP 4

In-line inspection of every lot of sewing and finishing section.

Check and ensure pattern size and confirm it for the bulk production according to buyer instruction.

Communicate with the fabric department regarding the fabric quality and assist the fabric QA to ensure online quality

control of

the fabric.

Approve the fabric and all accessories for the final bulk production.

Checking out all the accessories in-house for bulk production.

প্রতিটি বিভাগে গ্রাহকের প্রয়োজনীয়তা বাস্তবায়ন এবং অনুসরণ করে।

সেলাই এবং ফিনিশিং বিভাগের প্রতিটি লটের ইন-লাইন পরিদর্শন।

প্যাটার্নের আকার পরীক্ষা করে এবং নিশ্চিত করে এবং ক্রেতার নির্দেশ অনুসারে বাল্ক উত্পাদনের জন্য এটি নিশ্চিত করে ।

কাপড়ের গুণমান সম্পর্কে ফ্যাব্রিক বিভাগের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে এবং অনলাইন মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ নিশ্চিত করতে ফ্যাব্রিক QA কে সহায়তা করে 

ফ্যাব্রিক, চূড়ান্ত বাল্ক উত্পাদনের জন্য ফ্যাব্রিক এবং সমস্ত আনুষাঙ্গিক অনুমোদন করে ।
